Michael Brost - Board Member

Michael fans the flame of ministry in the twenty-one congregations, their pastors, consistories, search teams, and encourages anyone that God may send his way. His encouragement is always directed toward this vision, That every congregation would be a thriving representation of God’s Kingdom in our communities and beyond.

Kevin Matthews - Board Member

Kevin serves as a Registered Investment Advisor with MatthewsAdvisors and serves in a fiduciary role to all of his clients. He has been helping retirees and pre-retirees plan their “second life” for over 14 years. Kevin was also a pastor for twelve years in the Colorado Springs area. He has been married for 21 years to his amazing wife Lori, and they have four boys. They are Colorado Springs natives, and their family has spent many years investing in the community through their local church and other outreaches.

Rob Suchsland - Board Member

Rob currently serves as the administrator of a charitable organization that enables laborers with a variety of different talents and experiences to engage with people around the world thru their passion and calling. He and his wife Julie live in Colorado Springs and have two adult children and two grandkids.

Michael F. Sabo - President

Michael and his wife Darlene live in Colorado Springs, CO. They have four adult children and four grandchildren. Michael is the founder and president of the Christian Leadership Institute. He focuses on training Christian leaders nationally and internationally while he and Darlene have a ministry among the homeless in Colorado Springs.
